The Role

As the Lead Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for transforming the Finance function within the organization by identifying key areas of improvement and efficiencies. You will leverage the adoption of AI, resource allocation, and strategic transformation to optimize the processes, systems, and capabilities of the Finance teams. You will also manage communication, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation for the transformation initiatives. You will report to the Senior Director of Finance and work closely with the senior leadership of the business units.

Location

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities

Develop and deliver program activities that proactively drive results through planning, execution, and results tracking.

Create and develop strategies and plans, including goal setting, performance tracking, results management, audience definition, messaging strategy, planning, segmentation, and metrics.

Ensure awareness, adoption, and participation of the program by the Finance organization; develop and deliver actions plans for improvement.

Manage formal feedback loop to provide field input on programs

Drive lead generation activities to increase fiber sales and to meet overall fiber penetration and revenue targets.

Manage referral program budget.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required

6+ years of related experience

Knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry’s competitive landscape.

Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency achieving results and demonstrating ROI for Business Development.

Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.

Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other collaboration tools

Proven record of developing strong internal and external relationships within an organization

Ability to balance multiple requests and priorities in a dynamic environment

Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with executives, peers, employees, and external partners

Preferred

Financial Experience is a plus
