In the Analytics Consultant Lead role you will:

  • Acquire and analyze raw data and create large and complex analytic datasets to support project needs.
  • Support the extraction, transformation, and integration of data from a wide variety of data sources
  • Use your programming expertise to create complex algorithms, applications, and data visualizations
  • Responsible for the overall quality of data and instrumental in identifying gaps in the data
  • Working with and mentoring junior analysts on the team
  • Client interfacing, project timelines and deliverables management are an integral part of this role.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of healthcare data management and analytics experience
  • 4+ years of experience with SAS (Base, Macro etc.) in a big data environment or using large relational databases
  • 3+ years of using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Snowflake, GCP, Azure or other cloud-based technologies
  • Programming experience in Python or R would be a plus
