Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Location: US National – Remote

We are looking for a creative and organized Graphic Designer who cares deeply about empathetic design, improving patients’ lives, and preferably who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Overview:

Are you someone who loves thinking outside the box, has a love for clean design, and lights up with the thought that your designs could convince people to live healthier lives? If your head is nodding yes, then this position might be right for you. As a Junior Designer, you should think of yourself as someone who is going to lay the groundwork for how we visually communicate with patients from all backgrounds of life. You’ll be a part of the patient engagement and B2C marketing team and support building printed pieces via HTML design, as well as digital emails, ads, and content. We’re looking for a designer who can delight and wow our patients as well as upholding the integrity of our brand. In order to hit the ground running, you’ll need to be well versed in Adobe products, Invision, Figma or similar, Word, and Canva.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop campaign packages that are scalable for various enrollment campaign work
  • Enhance the MedArrive brand kit to be patient facing
  • Build HTML email templates and snippets for email marketing and campaigns
  • Build out design capabilities with LOB templates in order to create engaging content that can be produced and automated in short order
  • Update, keep track of, and maintain campaign templates that are in motion as needed
  • Version control and handling of all client materials
  • Ensure all co-branded or white label templates uphold MedArrive’s and the demand partners branding
  • Create a library and organization catalog of demand partners brand kits in concert with Content Manager
  • Develop a system for sharing large files and assets for demand partners review and approvals like Invision or another tool.
  • As needed, support MedArrive with presentations, B2B marketing assets, and other requests
  • Ability to design according to Medicaid and Medicare guidelines
  • Design patient engagement materials such as welcome kits, healthcare content, and online experience

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art, Visual Arts or equivalent experience
  • 3 + years of experience supporting design
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with HTML design for email, websites and direct mail preferred
  • Experience with Figma, Adobe design products, etc.
  • Not afraid to ask questions and voice opinions through direct communication
  • Keen eye for details and seeing the big picture
  • Empathetic design skills for patient facing materials
  • Team player, humble, and is passionate about improving the health of our patients

For candidates living in Colorado and/or New York, the expected base pay range is $65,000 – $85,000 depending on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
