In this role of IT Security Professional within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day provisioning of mainframe environment, analysis, and advisory services.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of IAM policy s, standards, guidelines, and procedures that are deployed or developed in support of Citizens operating systems and applications used by the organization.

Knowledge of all areas of IAM mainframe software (TSO, MVS, CICS, Top Secret) is critical for you to provide technical expertise to both the internal and external departments within the organization.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and consulting of systems and applications across multiple platforms
  • Establishing and maintaining working relationship with technology and operational areas of the bank to ensure security controls utilizing Top Secret are effective and appropriate
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, GLBA, SOX, Payments Security and representing IAM in response to internal and external audits
  • Maintaining documentation and maintenance of IAM security policies and procedure
  • Focusing on the day-to-day relationship management and procedural development, enhancement, clarification between IAM and all technical and business lines within the bank
  • Working proactively with project management, business lines, and technology teams to understand business objectives, requirements, and expected user experiences
  • Providing Disaster Recovery support for the mainframe

Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

  • 3 or more years of professional security experience, preferably in a financial services environment
  • 3 or more years of experience using the mainframe
  • Proven record of troubleshooting, problem solving, maintaining, and supporting IAM services
  • Previous experience dealing with internal and external customers
  • Knowledgeable on the regulatory requirements that impact the business lines that IAM supports (i.e. GLBA, SOX, PCI)
  • Interpersonal skills to be able to interface effectively with a broad range of contacts from a technical staff to senior management.
  • Ability to manage complex activities simultaneously to short timescales

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

  • B.S. in Information Technology or related major preferred

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday with on-call rotation required
