Our rapidly growing software company is currently seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join the Cloud Operations Team. The IT Project Coordinator will drive customer cloud environment deliverables such as new infrastructure builds, resource resizing, deletion, etc. This position is primarily a customer-facing role requiring outstanding written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and great attention to detail. The IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for gathering technical requirements from customers, leading customer on-boarding calls when needed, and driving customer deliverables throughout the customer lifecycle. A passion for technology and learning are vital for success in this role.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive cloud customer infrastructure deliverables
  • Ensure technical specifications for customer deliverables are complete and accurate
  • Participate in customer-facing project alignment meetings
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Assist IT Project Managers with larger projects as needed

Secondary responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
  • Ensure team documentation is up to date and optimized


Formal Education and Certification

Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent experience

Knowledge and Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in a role such as Project Coordinator, Service Delivery Manager, or similar

Nice to Have

  • Experience with the following technologies, tools, and concepts:
    • Service Now
    • ITIL practices
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2/2016, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server
    • Identity management using Azure AD, Okta, OpenID Connect, SAML
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Network and infrastructure administration within a Windows-based environment
  • Experience working for a cloud service provider (CSP) or managed service provider (MSP)
