GENERAL PURPOSE
- Responsible for assisting in the development and communication of improvements to IT technologies and processes. Provides support by solving IT problems and executing solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Applies learned IT skills to work assignments.
- Applies problem solving skills and executes solutions to problems independently.
- Coaches basic IT tasks to others.
- Completes IT tasks within oversight of leadership.
- Follows IT processes.
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
- Presents work output in a clear and concise manner.
- Seeks and receives mentoring from senior level and IT leadership.
- Seeks approval of leadership before output implementation.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant academic discipline preferred
- 3-5 years of professional IT & IS experience
- Licenses and Certifications
Skills and Abilities
- Developed understanding of fundamental technologies used to support assigned business function.
- Proficient understanding of coding and testing.
- Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Aptitude to independently learn new technologies.
- Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, possess good analytical and problem-solving skills and function well in a self-directed, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with the following technologies: AWS, Java, React, Node.js

A starting compensation range for this role is $66,600.00 – $83,300.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
