We are remote first forever with a 4 day workweek that finishes every Friday at 1pm.
The Role
We are looking for a talented and ambitious interactive Art Director with the ability to design, communicate and execute world-class creative across digital mediums. You can think big picture and strategy but you love to execute and get your hands dirty.
As Art Director, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across our client accounts, as well as providing direction and leadership to junior talent. Working with our internal professional services team, clients, and account management, you will be actively involved and ultimately responsible for developing unique solutions that fulfill client briefs and consistently push creative boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling interactive content that satisfies strategic objectives for clients across a broad range of industries and use cases
- Collaborate with Designers, Project Managers, and UX/Content Strategists to define visual direction, and to come up with solutions that fulfill customers’ strategic needs
- Provide clear creative direction and timely, helpful feedback to improve creative output without increasing scope
- Ensure all deliverables are of the highest creative standards, and adhere to interactive best practices
- Clearly articulate your creative vision and design rationale to clients
- Educate and empower customers to adopt the Ceros platform
- Lead by example and mentor younger creatives in their development
- Partner with PROs leadership team to identify strategic opportunities; provide creative guidance & support on ongoing initiatives
Practical stuff we anticipate you having
- 6+ years of experience specializing in interactive and visual design (agency experience a plus)
- Mastery of digital storytelling across interactive, including mobile
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of rapid prototyping and motion graphics tools
- Advanced knowledge of interaction design and user-centered experience design, including the fundamentals of information architecture, hierarchy, and layout
- The ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills; an ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
- 2+ Years experience leading and mentoring junior talent
