The Information Technology Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight of Information Technology (IT) activities and resources in conjunction with other members of IT leadership in alignment with the overall objectives of the organization. The qualified Information Technology Supervisor will be responsible for planning, designing and coordinating IT-related projects, as well as providing guidance and support for daily operational activities of their team.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assigns and schedules workloads, and monitors quantity and quality of work
- Works with stakeholders to define IT requirements and helps identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support efficient and effective IT solutions and services
- Helps develop and implement departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the administrative, legal, and ethical requirements of the organization
- Assists with the preparation and monitoring of IT budgets and contracts
- Works to continually improve departmental operations, including tools and skillsets
- Helps define and implement IT best practices
- Provides leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff
- Performs IT staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, and continuing education
- Assists with and conducts staff performance evaluations including appropriate recognitions or necessary corrective actions
- Participates in the handling and resolution of IT issues, escalations, and complaints
- Performs ”hands-on” staff duties as required to meet required IT service levels
- Participates in after-hours activities as necessary to minimize operational disruption, including participating in the IT leadership on-call rotation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology required upon hire or a combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 3+ years of IT Supervisory experience in an Enterprise Environment
- 3+ years of hands-on experience of oversight and management of various applications (Workday ERP, OnBase, Clinical Communications, UKG, etc)
- 3+ years of experience managing daily work, trouble ticket resolution, project management and teamwork prioritization
- Experience managing applications
- Proven critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of healthcare experience highly
- Demonstrates working under minimal supervision
- Proven ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
