Implementation Project Manager




Support the product that powers better access to banking

Prelim is how banks onboard their customers for business checking accounts, personal loans, etc online. Prelim is a platform that banks white-label to match the bank’s design that automates the digital opening of all the bank’s products and services.

Join us as we increase access to banking and financial services, helping banks and financial institutions provide a better, more modern experience. We’re a fully remote US team, and work with several of the largest banks in America.

You will:

  • Lead project teams and manage the project lifecycle (sales support/scoping, sales to services transition, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, closing)
  • Translate client requirements, objectives, and goals into actionable project plan
  • Take ownership of customer issues, resolutions, and create internal tickets
  • Maintain project plan and other project documents
  • Set clear expectations with internal and external project teams, and hold internal resources accountable for deadlines and deliverables
  • Produce documentation that can be shared with customers for education, training, and project plans

You may be a fit for this role if you:

  • Have experience working with, and managing, stakeholders and customers
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into the technical requirements of a customer’s environment
  • Can work well under pressure and have a positive attitude
  • Have strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in client-facing services role, such as consulting or customer success (experience in financial services industry is awesome but not required)
  • Can work well with others in a collaborative work environment where transparency and communication with colleagues is key
  • Strong empathy for our users and a passion for empowering customers
