Implementation Manager, Creative Services




As an Implementation Manager on the Design Consultant Team, your role is to guide the build out and design of award-winning websites for the world’s top luxury real estate agents. Leveraging your background in branding and design, you’ll work exclusively with high-influence, design-oriented and VIP clients who are purchasing Luxury Presence’s custom design offerings, including our newest Semi-Custom offering. You will also own the client communication for current, Luxury Presence clients who are looking to refresh or upgrade their existing website, helping them to maintain a leading edge with LP’s newest designs and product releases.

You’ll immediately bond and build relationships with your clients, understanding their business, brand and vision and translating it into actionable steps for our internal team. As the primary point of contact, you are both a brand ambassador for Luxury Presence and a project manager who will guide clients through the build and redesign process. You’ll quickly master our product, processes and tools in order to deliver a stunning website product while delivering a white-glove experience at all touchpoints.

You’re good at:

  • Leveraging your background in branding and design in order to act as a design consultant for your clients
  • Acting as the expert, guiding clients through the design process without compromising on cohesion and design
  • Anticipating, understanding and executing client’s visions and translating it into actionable next steps
  • Communicating with clients, particularly in explaining order of operations, technical complexities and setting expectations
  • Identifying problems and proposing solutions
  • Using software and tools to help yourself, team and clients stay organized and on schedule
  • Maintaining an amazingly high bar for website quality and design; you love the details and won’t compromise

You have:

  • 1-2 years experience in media agency campaign execution, creative operations for a design company, or software implementation
  • Previous experience and/ or a passion for digital design
  • Previous success working in fast-pace, high-volume environments
  • Coordinated client calls, meetings and projects
  • Experience serving clients and attending to their needs
  • Understanding of platforms like Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress is a plus
  • An interest in the luxury real estate industry (a passion is a plus)
  • Enthusiasm, competitive spirit, friendly and sunny disposition
