Job Description

Implementation Manager

at Vori Health

Remote-US

Who We Are:

Vori Health is an award-winning, nationwide, virtual-first, musculoskeletal medical practice focused on evidence-based care that treats the whole person. Using a unique care model to help patients find the best path forward, Vori Health connects patients to a trained care team that includes a nonoperative physical medicine physician, a health coach navigator, and a physical therapist who manage the initial patient assessment and then work to coordinate all aspects of care. We are on a mission to empower humanity to lead a healthier life.

The Implementation Manager is responsible for leading partner/customer implementation projects, which includes bringing new partners/customers through an exceptional implementation experience and ensuring that the Vori Health team has the information, systems, and workflows they need to onboard and treat members/patients from this partnership. You will manage a variety of implementation types, including payor/employer clients, health system partners, and strategic partners, involving several payment model setups such as value-based care and subcontractor arrangements.

This role is suited to someone with 3-5 years of experience in customer/partner facing roles in the healthcare space with an operational and/or technical component, such as the implementation of healthcare solutions for payor/employer clients, design and rollout of strategic programs or new operating models (e.g. related to patient intake, care coordination, and billing) and/or the implementation of technical solutions (e.g. electronic medical records, practice management system, revenue cycle management).

The ideal candidate excels at tackling large, complex, ambiguous projects involving multiple stakeholders and simultaneous workstreams, while building strong, collaborative relationships with a variety of both internal and external stakeholders. You are not only a strong project manager – keeping projects on tracking and ensuring all stakeholders have the information they need when they need it – you are a proactive, thoughtful, and creative problem solver who takes ownership over the outcome to ensure all aspects of the partnership are setup for success both internally and externally. You are able to get into the weeds to design a new workflow or troubleshoot data/systems, as well as escalate and drive alignment on issues at the executive level. You are a thought partner and collaborator with many internal teams – Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Tech, Product, Customer Support, RCM, Clinical, and more – and are a skilled relationship manager with partner/customer stakeholders ranging from executive to execution level. At your core, you love tackling complex challenges and working closely with a wide variety of stakeholders both internal and external.

What You’ll Do:

Essential Functions:

  • Lead and project manage partner/customer implementation projects
  • Serve as relationship owner with partner/customer during implementation process and set up the account manager for longer term success
  • Design, obtain alignment on, and roll out all relevant clinical, operational, and technical workflows required to bring a new partner/customer live
  • Uncover and drive resolution on complex operational, technical, and policy gaps to ensure timely delivery of implementations
  • Proactively keep internal and external stakeholders informed of progress and risks, and escalate issues appropriately as needed
  • Gather technical requirements from partner/customer and translate them to Vori Health’s Engineering team
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned

Who You Are:

Required:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in implementation, project management, operations, account management, change management, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficient with Lucidchart or related software
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Nice-to-Haves:
