Responsibilities

  • Maintain features/stories in the Agility tool to ensure feature/stories are aligned with business priorities.
  • Understand complex business requirements and can probe for detailed requirements to created features and story.
  • Ability to clearly communicate requirements to IT and partner with IT to deliver quality solutions.
    Assist in developing business specifications as needed.
  • Coordinate with technical team to review specifications with business, explain the design and obtain approval of specifications/requirements.
  • Assist developers by responding to questions and clarifications.
  • Assist business in developing test cases, test scripts and test plans.
  • The Business Analyst will work closely with HR Service Delivery team and other IT Service Delivery Towers to deliver HR solutions and maintain the work of the Agility system.
  • Assist in researching and understanding business processes for feature/story creation in Agility.
  • Assist in creating business requirements and assisting in the workload in the EDM (Employee Data Management) organization, including testing.
  • Assist business in performing integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide guidance to Business Owners during testing cycles and approval process.
  • Coordinate issue resolution with defects and issues identified by customer during integration testing, and post go-live.
  • Update all features/stories post go-live with all the necessary documentation.
  • Maintain professional and good working relationships with Business Owners and IT Service Delivery team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of business analysis experience, preferably in SAP HR.
  • College degree preferred, preferably a B.S. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience in SAP HR
  • Position is remote within the US, but candidate must work EST hours.
  • Experience with Digital IA Agility tool
  • Demonstrated capability to analyze business processes, create business requirements document, and deliver effective and efficient business process improvements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent with high initiative
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills
  • Strong understanding over high level business processes
  • Data migration experience helpful
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment
  • Able to work in stressful situations
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities
  • Experience with Employee Central a plus
