As a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst II you will report to the HRIS Director. The HRIS Analyst II will play an integral role in supporting configuration of Workday HCM modules, including Compensation, Absence, Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management and Benefits. The incumbent will work with the organization to ensure the efficient operation of the Workday HCM system for ensuring data integrity, configuration, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This role will also have a strategic partnership with the rest of the HR functional areas to help meet annual goals and prioritize upcoming projects.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems or related field of study and typically 3 or more years of related work experience
    • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

Preferred:

  • Broad functional experience across multiple Workday modules, such as HCM, Recruiting & Benefits and interest to learn additional Workday modules
  • Ability to apply HR functional knowledge within the HRIS in order to improve business processes and procedures
  • Prior experience collaborating within Workday Community and with consultants to research and resolve issues and to proactively remain informed about Workday changes, alerts, and enhancements
  • Possess a high level of integrity; ability to maintain highly confidential information is required
  • Analytical mindset with strong ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to meet stakeholder needs
  • Highly collaborative; ability to work effectively in cross-functional team initiatives
  • Strong customer service skills with experience working with diverse set of stakeholders
  • Knowledge of DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple tasks and react to spontaneous changes in priorities

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $88,499.72 – $121,687.12
