Job Description

Our national financial client has an immediate need for a HubSpot Marketing Specialist to join their marketing team. This is a fully remote, ongoing freelance assignment, 40 hours weekly, EST time zone. The HubSpot Specialist will be responsible for supporting digital marketing initiatives, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), email marketing, and marketing automation. Provides performance reporting and translates data sets into actionable results. Supports the development of content creation across digital channels.

They will identify trends and opportunities, makes recommendations regarding content changes as well as tests, reports, optimizes, and analyzes channel performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements. They will analyze campaign success and track and forecast user growth and engagement. Background check, fingerprints, and drug screening are required.   • Build, test, and send emails from HubSpot in alignment with email marketing strategy across multiple business units and for various products.
  • Build, test, and deploy forms from HubSpot in alignment with lead generation and form strategy.
  • Leverage HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Hootsuite systems to implement digital marketing strategies, improve KPIs, and meet reporting needs.
  • Make content updates, including text, forms, images, and videos on WordPress websites.
  • Evaluate key performance indicators that affect web traffic, lead generation, conversion, and target audiences.
  • Produce detailed reports of user and navigation behavior and provides recommendations for improvement.
  • Create detailed, interactive dashboards of marketing data to support internal and external activities and campaigns.
  • Deliver regular, actionable insights on channel and conversion performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience using HubSpot to send emails, create forms, and create landing pages is required.
  • Experience with managing a marketing database and email and the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Experience with omni-channel digital marketing, including branding / lead generation.
  • Experience in optimizing user funnels and landing pages.
  • Experience with A/B testing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, or relevant field; or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
  • Background check, fingerprints, and drug screening required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • WordPress experience.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
