As a member of the HRIS team, this iCIMS Administrator plays an important role in the success of the Talent Acquition team. You will be supporting technology like CRM/ATS and related SaaS tools. We are looking for a forward-thinking, analytical, collaborative, and motivated individual to drive automation transformation, and have a role in our dynamic and innovative team.

What you’ll do at UiPath

  • Lead the partnership with internal users to gather business requirements and translate to functional requirements
  • Create and manage feature requests to track, research, configure, test and implement changes and improvements over time, and in alignment with new product releases of the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and CRM
  • Understands the fundamentals, processes, and terminology of corporate recruiting environments
  • Maintain process documentation for administrator role related responsibilities
  • Serve as the iCIMS software expert
  • Build and handle customer relationships by demonstrating a desire to deeply understand their business processes and challenges, demonstrate a continuous improvement mentality and an ability to execute
  • Hands-on creation of test scripts, leading large groups through user acceptance testing and transfer knowledge to the rest of the HRIS team and internal teams
  • Perform reporting and strategic analysis on all talent acquisition data and findings
  • Remain informed on current HR Technology trends and new systems release features for incumbent SaaS applications
  • iCIMS implementation a plus
  • Support audit and compliance efforts, where necessary

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR, or similar field.
  • 5-7 years of experience working with Recruiting systems and data.
  • Extensive knowledge of iCIMS Applicant Tracking system and Recruiting Operations.
