About the role:
We are looking for a Healthcare Engagement Manager with outstanding customer service skills and a keen eye for detail to join our pharmaceutical meetings team! In this role, you will review, track, process and monitor Healthcare Professionals and Consultants meeting related documentation from contracting all the way through to payment of their honoraria. The Healthcare Engagement Manager can seamlessly manage multiple projects and deadlines. You must also be able to keep current on compliance guidelines and process changes and have mastered the art of keeping calm under pressure. Sound like you? Read on!
As a Healthcare Engagement Manager, you will:
* Ability to understand and complete compliance requirements
* Contract consultants and review sensitive payment and tax documentation
* Process consultants’ honoraria
* Keep current with compliance requirements and process changes
* Interact with multiple colleagues to obtain additional documentation as required
* Respond to inquiries on status of all items related to the consultant from compliance approvals, to contracting and through to payments
* Meet daily, weekly, and month end deadlines
* Ensure all HCP compliance support documents are current and are updated in accordance with the changing environment.
* Ensure compliance with all SOPs and internal policies, procedures and corporate guidance
You’re good at:
* Managing the complex world of HCP & pharma compliance requirements.
* Carefully handling confidential information responsibly.
* Learning and operating in multi-software applications (database management).
You might also have:
* Pharmaceutical meeting & event experience.
* A bachelor’s degree in related field.
