Growth Marketing Manager

Location: Remote USA

Pearson Workforce Skills seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and drive our demand generation, account-based marketing, and business-to-business outreach efforts in close collaboration with sales and our product team. Reporting to our SVP of Marketing, you’ll generate demand and optimize growth and revenue for a new experiential learning product. You’ll be an expert in how and why our customers become buyers and translating our platform’s technical capabilities into benefits that resonate.

As a Growth Marketing Manager in the division, you’ll be responsible for bringing a new experiential learning product to market and leading its future growth. As part of a new product team, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, agile, and cross-functional environment poised for rapid expansion. What you’ll do at Pearson

  • Develop and optimize messaging, value propositions, materials, channels, and calls to action for each targeted account and persona based on data.
  • Execute a cross-channel marketing strategy to build awareness, drive demand, and capture leads
  • Collaborate within the marketing team to create campaign assets, materials, and content, including advertising, sponsorships, webinars and events, thought leadership, PR, etc.
  • Project manage campaign deployment from start to finish for on-time and on-budget execution.
  • Develop and implement targeted, multi-touch, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns that consistently achieve sales and pipeline goals.
  • Be the in-house expert on these target accounts.
  • Establish, maintain, and communicate campaign status, analysis, metrics, and KPIs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement.
  • Own the nurturing process to segment, educate and motivate leads to be sales-ready
  • Work with Sales to improve and balance the quality and quantity of MQLs delivered
  • Collaborate across the business to tell your product’s and your customers’ success stories

What you’ll bring to Pearson

  • A track record of successes in developing and executing inbound, outbound, and ABM campaigns against business goals in a fail-fast and learn environment.
  • The ability to generate new ideas and try new things that challenge the status quo and take appropriate risks.
  • Expertise in leveraging marketing automation and ABM tools, such as Hubspot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Uberflip and/or similar software.
  • Experience working with B2B, SaaS products targeting Fortune 1000 customers.
  • An analytical, growth mindset–leveraging data to inform and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • A thorough understanding of lead, conversion, funnel, and pipeline metrics.
  • The ability to partner across the business to align teams and stakeholders around new initiatives.
  • Experience working in and working with remote teams.
