Our Partnership (affiliate) Program is a huge driver of our company’s success and is growing rapidly. Our goal is to triple partner revenue in the next 12 months.

You will help us find, qualify, activate, and nurture key new partners.

A lot of companies want to partner with beehiiv but we want to hone in on the top 1% of partners that we can work with for the long-term and who can really move the needle for us.

Past affiliate management experience is important, but being a star performer is vital.

You will be working directly alongside our Head of Partnerships to help activate, manage, and nurture partners as they join.

Ideally you will have:

  • Proven experience in sales & management roles, with proof of past success
  • You can start engaging conversations and create qualified opportunities from scratch
  • Well organized and can communicate effectively
  • Experience using Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Instantly.ai, and similar sales productivity tools for outbound/prospecting
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • An ownership mentality
  • You have previous partner/affiliate program management experience

What you will be responsible for

  • Prospect and identify potential partners by leveraging various channels, including online research, social media (primarily Twitter and LinkedIn), and cold outreach. We will also provide hyper targeted dream partner lists for you.
  • Conduct outbound emails, and DMs across socials to engage with potential partners and generate interest in our partner program.
  • Qualify potential partners based on key criteria we have for our dream partners
  • Schedule and coordinate partner meetings with our Head of Partnerships
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stats of all prospect interactions and activities in our CRM (hubspot) system.
  • Assist in helping activate and onboard new partners where they need help and or have questions
  • Assist in creating needed assets and content to support partners
