Title: Group Product Manager

Location: Remote – US

Why this role

At Evolve Vacation Rental, Group Product Managers help craft the vision for a portfolio of products, take on goals to achieve across their portfolio, and lead a team of product managers and their products to deliver against that vision and goals. You’ll be expected to bring creativity, experience, and a sense of urgency to drive key product growth initiatives forward. This leadership role allows you to make a large impact on the trajectory and culture of the team.

What you’ll do

  • Lead two product pillars:
    • Core Services pillar that serves as the backbone of all the back-end services that Evolve provide, such as Listing, Quoting, Booking, Payments, Identity, and Communications. This Core Services layer provides all the back-end logic for the User Experience pillars to build on
    • Evolver Experience pillar that innovates tools for our internal Evolvers so that they have the right information at the right time on the right channel to provide hospitality services for our customers (Owners/Guests)
  • Understand customers, stakeholders, and the growth drivers of our business in order to craft a product strategy for your pillars, that both aligns with the greater product vision and provides your teams focus.
  • Accountable for your teams’ execution against their roadmaps to deliver great experiences for your customers
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to help drive growth for our business
  • Hire and develop the best product managers for your teams, providing best practice examples, context, and mentorship opportunities
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the Product management organization by identifying gaps its operations, developing and implementing new processes
  • Partner with the Director of Product in creating and maintaining the greater Evolve product vision and strategy by providing insights, learnings, and roadmap from your product areas

What makes you a great fit

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a high growth environment.
  • 3+ years of experience as a product people leader with a demonstrated ability to coach Product Managers, fostering their career growth and product management mastery
  • Credibility to drive alignment from multiple product teams and other stakeholders on company- wide initiatives
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers and engineering leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences and influence outside technical teams
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to influence through writing


  • 2+ years of management consulting experience
  • 3+ years of relevant product management experience in ecommerce or marketplace businesses
  • Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools
  • High curiosity for learning and growth


Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! As we grow, we are working towards opening remote opportunities across the entire U.S. We currently are able to hire across the U.S except in the following locations: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.


Total approximate compensation: $205,975- $236,737

For this role our salary range is $154,000to $177,000, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.

Additional compensation details:

Equity: 75% of salary equivalent RSUs
Variable comp: 15% of salary target
