REQUIREMENTS:

What You’ll Do:

Produce high-quality, goal-oriented designs that reflect our brand, resonate with our customers, and differentiate us in the market

Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (User Acquisition, Social, Product, People, Sales) to deliver compelling visual content based on supplied creative briefs and/or strategies

Partner closely with brand designers to ensure your work adheres to a consistent visual identity across all platforms

Work alongside copywriters to adjust content as needed for a wide variety of sizes and dimensions

Brainstorm and contribute fresh designs and concepts

Take ownership of projects both big and small, from concept to completion

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering on schedule

Review and internalize performance metrics to inform your creative decisions

Categorize and prepare design assets for supplemental production and distribution by external vendors

Get to know our products and our customers through a high-volume of market research and performance data

Who You Are:

Collaborator with 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, advertising and/or digital content production

Experience working as part of a marketing, brand, or creative team in an agency or internal environment

Expert level use of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD, etc.)

Excellent graphic design production skills

Excellent communication and project management skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders across departments

Passion for leveraging performance data into new creative explorations and improvements

Respectful when receiving and providing design feedback

Resourceful with the ability to clarify in-bound requests and create a path of action

Portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of typography, color, hierarchy, and layout, applied to a range of digital media and print assets

Preference for candidates with 2D animation experience (After Effects)
