Position Summary: Our creative department is looking for a Graphic Designer who is curious, strategic, master of the creative process, detail-oriented and highly collaborative. We are fast paced and high volume and are looking to grow our team with a practiced professional. The ideal Graphic Design candidate is an excellent communicator and collaborator who is skilled at building upon a brands identity and can execute high caliber solutions quickly. Among other requests, this position will be tasked with creating marketing materials, internal communications, and social collateral across our various social platforms. The Graphic Designer will report to the Art Director and work collaboratively with other members of the Creative Department to build our fast growing library of marketing collateral and provide creative solutions to our company nationwide.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphic design position with website portfolio demonstrating mastery of design fundamentals in both print and digital end uses.
  • Manage graphic designs from conception to delivery.
  • Generate fresh concepts with creative aptitude, attention to detail, and strong proofreading skills.
  • Create and maintain organized, design templates for efficient collateral production.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and design standards.
  • Design eye-catching graphics for Digital Banner Ads, Social Images, Emails, Flyers, Postcards, Forms, Guides, Booklets, Brochures, Invites, Trade Show and Event Swag, and Presentations
  • Present design work to the Creative leadership and stakeholders, collect feedback and make updates quickly.
  • Embody New American Funding’s brand standards as a Brand Master and create innovative designs within those guidelines.

Qualifications

Desired Education/Experience:

  • Expert level knowledge using Adobe Creative Cloud programs, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver.
  • Visually inspiring portfolio showcasing creativity, design ability, and technical skills.
  • Experience in email design and basic understanding of email coding fundamentals in HTML and CSS.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects with changing priorities.
  • Effective collaborator with strong communication skills, who can manage expectations and provide innovative, client-focused, creative solutions.
  • Adept at creating files for print and digital distribution. As well as file management and organization.
  • Excellent business computer skills using Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
