Where you will own it 

The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid capacity, with two days per week based at our Denver or Atlanta office. We are open to flexibility for exceptionally qualified candidates. 

Your role and responsibilities 

Strategic Planning & Operations 

  • Partner with VP GTM to implement operational health and hygiene for the GTM and Marketing domain ensuring workstreams ladder across SLTs and BAU into the WP4P strategic pillars and targets and teams reflect on progress to outcomes on regular cadence. 
  • Collaborate to develop and implement marketing strategy, aligning with business objectives and company goals. 
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of Marketing team, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project coordination. 

Innovation and Optimization 

  • Identify areas for innovation and process improvement within the marketing organization. 
  • Develop and implement initiatives to drive innovation, including pilot programs and proof-of-concept projects. 
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the marketing team. 

Communication and Collaboration 

  • Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on marketing initiatives. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and senior leadership. 
  • Design, create, and deploy content that engages, informs, and inspires stakeholders to focus their efforts in support of the shared business goals. 

Performance Management 

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness. 
  • Analyze data and market trends to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance. 
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address gaps in performance. 

What you’ll own 

  • Partner with VP GTM to ensure team meetings and collaboration forums are objectives/action driven and that team is continuously increasing effectiveness to get at most important outcomes (tracking actions/owners and driving accountability/ follow up). 
  • Support VP GTM in development and execution of long-term GTM/Marketing growth plan. 
  • Partner with VP GTM on development of strategic materials for executive and org-wide communications. 
  • Support Marketing Leadership Team in managing the marketing budget and ensuring a disciplined approach to ROI and budget management. 
  • Support development of annual planning, annual target setting, and progress monitoring of outcomes to in-year targets. 

What you bring 

  • Demonstrated expertise in strategy consulting (pre or post MBA). 
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. 
  • Experience in preparing and delivering executive-level presentations. 
  • Skill in managing matrixed stakeholder relationships. 
  • Proven track record in project management, particularly within product delivery. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities across all organizational levels. 
  • Ability to influence without direct authority. 
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align and organize priorities and people around shared company goals. 

Education: An MBA is preferred; however, candidates with a BA/BS degree and substantial (7+ years) consulting experience will also be considered.
