The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall strategic planning and implementation of customer facing projects, communications, and deliverables through both our North America and Europe Regions.

THE POSITION

The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall strategic planning and implementation of customer facing projects, communications, and deliverables through both our North America and Europe Regions. This role will directly manage both NA & EU Regional Teams, as well as a Project Fulfillment Team that supports your operational needs.

While this role is responsible for all field sales enablement projects and product marketing, your skills should help you excel in developing a bigger-picture, budget-driven strategy that speaks to each region’s target audience.

  • Advertising, Social & Communications Strategy: This role will collaborate heavily with our Sr. Brand Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to develop creative content that keeps our audiences more engaged with our brand story. You will be responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy for our various regions and deliver on projects such as advertising, collateral, catalogs, email, social, sales kits, digital assets, video and more.
  • Vendor/Media/Platform Management: This team will uphold product marketing activities as they relate to our media partners and distributor sourcing platforms in each region. You will support and help manage the relationships with our vendor’s account managers and help develop appropriate strategies for each channel.
  • Field Marketing, Sales Enablement & Key Accounts: This position will lead all marketing activities as they relate to our field sales team and in support of our account-based marketing initiatives. This includes coordinating distribution of samples & product kits, collateral support, tradeshow/event coordination, and any additional activities to support each region’s sales pipeline.
  • Budgets & Financial Planning: You will work collaboratively with the Marketing Director to develop and manage our budget and marketing expenditures and provide strategic support to maximize our investments. You will also be responsible for overseeing the management of invoices and coordinating approvals with our accounting team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing role with emphasis on marketing communications and strong project management skills.
  • 2-3 years of direct staff management or demonstratable abilities to show leadership and strategic foresight. Experience in or a level of comfort working with an international team is a necessity.
  • A strong understanding of the sales process and how to develop go-to-market strategies for a B2B environment. Experience in a product/manufacturing company is highly desirable.
  • A high-level of efficiency in developing creative, on-brand messaging to target our customer-base
  • Overseeing our regional advertising calendars, product and field sales enablement support and various advertising for a wide variety of mediums including digital ads, social media, email marketing, product kits, event marketing and more.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized and manage a high volume of projects between yourself and your staff is essential.
  • Possesses well-developed written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable presenting to and educating a sales team on the marketing related activities. Building relationships with internal and external teams is very important.
  • Must be a strong project manager and show strong leadership abilities cross-functional teams that include sales, merchandising, design, marketing operations and various external vendors. You must be able to think strategically but staying flexible to shift priorities as necessary.
  • Experience in the Promotional Products Industry is a HUGE plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

This is a US Remote position. The California base annual salary/hourly range for this role is pending. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members. Our recruiters can share more information about our bonus program, benefits and equity during the hiring process. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
