Title: Financial Systems Lead, Applications & Integrations

Location: Remote US

Our Accounting organization is looking for a Financial Systems Lead (Senior BSA) to support Applications & Integrations, drive important operational initiatives, and implement process improvements. We are eager to meet candidates who will deliver impact through system transformation efforts in a hyper-growth Fintech company!

What You’ll Do

  • Support and optimize all third party applications and integrations within our financial reporting processes (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, Workiva)
  • Resolve ad hoc system issues and help troubleshoot failures that impact the Accounting team, especially during month-end close
  • Proactively monitor the health and integrity of our financial applications while establishing standards for their use and ensuring compliance
  • Lead projects and assist in operational tasks related to improvements in financial reporting processes
  • Assist in the planning and analysis of needs for our ERP tool to determine its roadmap (migrations, new implementations, additional functionality)
  • Contribute to the design of our overall ecosystem (proprietary systems plus third party apps) and drive execution of transformation initiatives

What We Look For

  • 5+ years experience in an Accounting and/or Financial Systems role with a focus on ERP tools, third party software, and transformation initiatives
  • Excellent business analysis skills and attention to detail backed by a deep understanding of accounting concepts and processes
  • Experience with ERP tools and proficiency with ERP workflows is required; NetSuite-specific experience is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate, build relationships across teams, and bridge gaps
  • Communication excellence (confidence, clarity, focus) and ability to convey concepts to individuals with varying levels of knowledge
  • Project management skills with a strong sense of ownership and drive, including a desire to dive into the details
  • Bachelor’s Degree in fields related to Information Systems and/or Accounting preferred
