As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic field marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth within your assigned regions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative marketing skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Loop HQ is a state-of-the-art office located in Columbus, Ohio, and more than half of our team works remotely across the United States and Canada. You can choose to join us in the Columbus office or stay fully remote in this role.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement field marketing strategies aligned with GTM objectives
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions tailored to the specific needs of each region
- Conduct thorough market research to understand local market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape
- Organize and oversee regional events, including trade shows, and workshops, from planning to execution
- Collaborate closely with the GTM team to provide marketing support, develop enablement materials, and ensure alignment with team and company goals
- Create and manage the field marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenses
- Adapt marketing materials, messaging, and content to resonate with the local audience while maintaining brand consistency
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives using KPIs, and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Keep internal stakeholders informed about field marketing activities, outcomes, and challenges
- Stay current with marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve field marketing strategies
Your Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Field Marketing, ecommerce industry preferred
- Willing to travel 70% of the time
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful events
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing technology tools, Hubspot preferred
