Lytx is looking for a collaborative, persistent, strategic marketer who is passionate about Account Based Marketing (ABM) and enterprise demand generation! As an ABM Manager at Lytx, you will own the planning, development, and execution of account-based marketing programs that engage enterprise target accounts, influence opportunity creation, and accelerate sales pipeline.

Based on market knowledge and insight of the customer, you’ll partner closely across the marketing, sales, and product marketing departments to drive go-to-market and messaging alignment, develop compelling campaign themes, and design/implement integrated and personalized programs. We are looking for deep subject matter expertise and technical literacy in account-based marketing tools and processes used to enable delivery at scale. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead ABM go-to-market strategy development and alignment between marketing and sales
  • Plan, prioritize, and implement integrated and personalized marketing plans crafted to influence opportunity creation and accelerate pipeline.
  • Develop campaign messaging themes that advise content creation, digital execution, and sales alignment
  • Plan and complete integrated high-touch programs to engage key personas within named accounts, including field events, virtual events, tradeshows, and direct mailers.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to develop and launch account-targeted digital campaigns in line with overarching program objectives and messaging themes
  • Partner with the Content Strategy team to develop derivative content in support of overarching messaging themes to be activated through various account-targeted channels
  • Measure and report on key ABM success metrics to internal partners (e.g. campaign performance, opportunity influence, account-level engagement, and return on investment)

What You’ll Need:

  • 7+ years of marketing demand generation experience, preferably marketing SaaS products
  • 3+ years of strategic and tactical ABM experience for Enterprise B2B organizations
  • Experience running ABM campaigns that influence pipeline growth and acceleration
  • Experience with ABM tech stack (e.g. 6sense, Salesforce, Zoominfo)
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with experience delivering against critical metrics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in audience segmentation, persona development, and content mapping to the buyer’s journey.
