Job Description
Title: Engagement Services Delivery Project Manager II Virtual
Location: Virtual United States of America
The Project Manager is responsible for all delivery aspects of the project over the entire life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close). Must be familiar with project scope and objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
What You ll Do:
- Contributes to planning/brainstorming meetings
- Coordinates with Sales/Program Manager to obtain senior management/client approval of the project charter
- Works with internal and external vendors to gather project estimates
- Gathers relevant project information and verifies scope of the project with appropriate contacts
- Prepares for and participates in project kickoff meeting(s) Monitors/manages project schedules and risk registers
- Completes project and process evaluation, scorecard review, ongoing refresh schedule, and attends internal/external debrief meetings
- Manages production quality for all media to ensure accuracy and that established expectations are met
- Ensures completion of requirements for configuration, internal testing, and client/external testing
- Increases financial acumen using appropriate financial tools to ensure billing accuracy and integrity
- Monitors/Manages project budgets
- Tracks outside supplier expenses and scope changes; reviews outside supplier draft invoices in a timely manner; ensures billing accuracy; provides final outside supplier expense summary reports to appropriate team members at the end of each project
- Meets revenue utilization target and recoverability/profitability goals while delegating work to others as appropriate
- Helps build the business with existing clients by listening, identifying possible future needs, and pursuing new or expanded work with them. Shares information with the project lead but also takes a larger role in defining and developing the offer

What You ll Need:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- In depth knowledge of PMI Project Management process
- 5 plus years of project management work experience

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $69,700.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $130,100.00/year (for full time employees).
