About the Role:

As an Engagement Manager, you will be a cornerstone of our teams successes, leading the day-to-day execution of projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products through a consultative approach. You will have the opportunity to exercise your proven leadership skills to build relationships with internal teams and clients while contributing to the analysis, design, and implementation of disruptive technology solutions. Who You Are

  • You have consultancy experience in which you have analyzed data, proposed new ideas, and influenced stakeholders to ensure a positive impact and sustainable results
  • You have managed client projects, including driving successful delivery and meeting deadlines
  • You possess functional business knowledge ie business development, strategy, product development, and project management
  • You are known as an effective team leader and have built strong relationships with analysts, designers, and developers at all levels on your teams
  • You pick up on small details that other people miss
  • You enjoy working with a collaborative and supportive team
  • You possess effective communication while managing complex client engagements and delivering client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from a reputed university
  • 5+ years of business management or consulting experience with a Fortune 500 calibre organization
  • High proficiency in project management tools (eg. Jira, ZenHub) and methodologies (eg. Scrum, Agile)
  • Strong track record of work-based success with tangible achievements attributable to you
  • Comfortability in working with multiple initiatives across concurrent projects
  • Confidence in presenting and regularly communicating complex ideas to internal teams and external clients, both verbally and in writing
  • Candidates must be located within the United States or Canada, this is a full-time position (W2 US/T4 Canada). Must be willing to travel on an occasional basis as needed
  • This role is 100% remote, you must have a professional office set-up at your working location
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex business problems into easily digestible narratives
  • Document requirements provided by the client as user stories and acceptance criteria in a scrum backlog
  • Facilitate communication between Frontend and Backend development teams, DevOps Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and Clients
  • Assist development teams in removing blockers and getting questions answered
  • Consult on UI/UX design and usability
