This is a full-time, remote position.

Who you are:

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Extremely organized with excellent time management skills; ability to re-prioritize when needed
  • A strong communicator with 3+ years of email marketing, testing and data analysis
  • You have a sharp eye for detail and deliver high-quality work

What you will do as an Email Marketing Specialist:

  • Work with the VP’s of eCommerce and Marketing to refine, test, and optimize our email marketing strategy and tactics with a special focus on our e-commerce offerings
  • Develop promotional e-email strategies to drive direct sales and increase website traffic
  • Build and deploy promotional, special events, holiday activities, and transactional email campaigns
  • Continuously test email campaigns to ensure the highest possible performance
  • Ensure all outreach follows industry standards and best practices
  • Create workflows that trigger throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize sales and create loyalty
  • Analyze and report on monthly email testing and develop KPI metrics
  • Shared graphic design responsibility for all digital assets
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, product, and customer journeys
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience. Identify critical conversion points and drop off points
  • Drive the growth and refinement of our eCommerce channels; inclusive of A/B testing, lead gen, and personalized campaigns
  • SEM – Drive incremental revenue while maximizing the digital marketing spend
  • Analyze and report on ROI/ROAS

Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a high-growth technology business
  • 3+ years of E-commerce experience with an eye toward consumer or retail
  • Proficient in marketing analysis and strategy
  • Experience utilizing social media platforms
  • Strong copywriting skills – ability to synthesize complex information
  • Significant experience with email marketing in an ecommerce environment
  • Google AdWords Experience
  • eCommerce SEO Experience
  • Experience with data analytics tools and reporting to inform decision-making and recommendations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
