Description

Briljent is seeking a dynamic and flexible E-Learning Developer with a proven track record in graphic design. This role offers the opportunity to engage in various projects, particularly focusing on technical material. The ideal candidate must possess attention to detail and a passion for learning new topics. As an E-Learning Developer at Briljent, you will be responsible for creating compelling web-based training and multimedia-rich learning materials using tools such as Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other industry-standard applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Build web-based training materials following approved storyboards, style guides, and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers to transform technical topics into visually engaging online content using custom graphics, illustrations, animations, video, screen simulations, and other multimedia formats.
  • Clearly communicate complex ideas and instructional concepts through visual design.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, project managers, consultants, and developers to align with project timelines and objectives.
  • Export training materials for distribution on websites or Learning Management Systems.
  • Consult with team members and subject matter experts to identify training needs and implement best business practices.
  • Review, evaluate, and modify existing training materials to support client changes and needs.
  • Ensure all materials meet accessibility standards aligned with client goals.

Requirements

  • Experience using Articulate Storyline 360 and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting web, video, audio, graphic, and multimedia deliverables.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to make material engaging.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective collaboration within a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, embracing challenges as opportunities.
  • Thrive in ambiguity, demonstrating the ability to find creative solutions.
  • Excellent time and task management skills, focusing on priorities while meeting project deliverables on time.
  • Basic knowledge of accessibility and/or 508 requirements.

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of working experience in E-learning development, multimedia creation, or web-based graphic design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent academic and work experience.
  • Portfolio showcasing working examples demonstrating strong visual design skill.
