Job Description Summary

Create and maintain meaningful and relevant experiences across digital properties with a focus on UX Design and Usability Testing. Provide leadership and direction to staff members.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development of the digital strategy and alignment roadmap of digital properties across the organization.
  • Execute the business strategy to create innovative digital user experiences.
  • Responsible for implementing, outlined by senior leadership, to optimize, define and redefine the product vision to achieve evolving business goals.
  • Work with key stakeholders and strategic partners to ensure alignment across business groups.
  • Partner with functional areas such as technology, legal and compliance, customer experience, innovation, thought leadership and business operations to establish best practices for designing positive end-to-end experience at all user touch points.
  • Lead large scale projects and cross-divisional collaborations.
  • Manage, coach and mentor staff; provide career development and training opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ten years of experience in the digital space
  • Five years of management experience
  • Five years of experience leading large-scale projects
  • Expert knowledge of user centered design and digital technologies relevant to assigned focus area
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills to engage and influence staff, partners and stakeholders
  • Change-management skills to adapt and lead others in a competitive digital environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of Figma
