Title: Director, Concert Publisher Development & Operations

Location: Remote (US Only)

The Director of Concert Publisher Development is an external facing role and the ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, programmatic, and people management. This role is part of the Media Revenue team and will report to the SVP, Media Revenue.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Oversee supply side of Concert marketplace, responsible for scaled reach, quality, and segmentation of inventory
  • Lead publisher development & business development for Concert, including outreach and negotiation with new publisher partners
  • Lead integration process for new and existing partners, modernizing and growing supply through new integration methods
  • Primary contact for all new and existing publisher partners, providing oversight, quality control, troubleshooting, customer service, and reporting
  • Lead publisher trainings for Concert sales and audience extension partners
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and Concert Solutions on upcoming strategic initiatives (ex. new channels, market expansion, or technical updates)
  • Initiate frequent, structured internal communication, highlighting new inventory additions, products, and improvements
  • Serve as centralized internal Concert expert for sales, planning, finance, and legal
    • Partner with Sales and Planning on RFPs/media plans
    • Partner with Finance to optimize pricing structure and payment process for publishers
    • Partner with Legal to ensure business terms and contracts are maintained and updated
  • Help set strategy and direction for long-term Concert growth, positioning the marketplace for long-term success in a constantly changing ecosystem
  • Manage and lead a small team

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years in sales, business development or revenue operations
  • Publisher, ad network, or SSP experience required
  • Programmatic knowledge required
  • Exceptional analytical, communication & problem solving skills
  • Curiosity, independence, intuition
  • Smart and quick proactive learner with organizational agility and attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to thrive without an abundance structure
  • Effective team player
  • Experience with international publishers helpful
  • Strong Excel skills required
