Director, Personal Insurance Campaigns

As part of the Personal Lines Marketing team, the Director, Personal Insurance Campaigns works with the team and key business stakeholders to create and launch multi-channel campaigns including Paid Media campaigns (SEM) and overseeing social media ads. This person also develops training material for Sales partners and provide one on one consultations to help sales managers grow their recruiting campaigns.

  • Working with the Marketing team ideate ongoing multi-channel campaigns for Personal Insurance products (Auto, Home, Flood, Boat, Motorcycle etc, Medicare, Healthcare) and agent recruiting
  • Create, launch, and monitor digital campaigns in Google, Bing, and Social channels
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance
  • Day-to-day account management including campaign spend optimization, audience creation, budget management
  • Strategize and coordinate with design and content teams to develop creative for campaign execution
  • Research platform improvements and new offerings in the social media space
  • Lead Medicare Sales Manager Grass Roots Marketing Meetings
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion for campaign development
  • Evaluate market opportunities for campaign refinement
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising
  • Assist in the creation of Medicare sales/Retail broker sales contests/awards as needed
  • Make national campaign creatives available within the asset management system (Total Expert)
  • Additional duties as we continue to evolve

Skills

  • Proven multi-channel campaign development and execution experience
  • Proven SEM and Social Media campaign management experience
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with web tools (e.g, Google Ad Manager, SEMRush, WebTrends)
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM and Social Media
  • Presentation skills – delivery and development
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment
  • Working knowledge of asset management tools for sales content distribution
