As the Director of Events and Experiential Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in implementing ProducePay’s events marketing strategy globally. We are looking for an innovative, creative, and passionate Events marketer to lead a passionate and talented team to new heights.


  • Define and build the global events/experiential marketing strategy, including expos and proprietary events
  • Manage a global team of events producers and oversee all budget
  • Own and manage the day-to-day KPIs, reporting, and target funnel activities to maximize pipeline generation and conversions
  • Spearhead event and tradeshow strategy, including but not limited to: identifying key events, internal team training for attendees, maintaining pre- and post-show communication, and event attendance
  • Negotiate and execute contracts for large and small-scale events
  • Generate MQLs through onsite activations and partner with the sales team through to close of transactions
  • Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics


  • 8-10 years of technology events/experiential marketing experience
  • Marketplace marketing experience a plus; produce/perishable food experience a plus
  • Deeply customer/partner-centric with an understanding of target audiences
  • Strong project management and planning skills to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to show measurable impact in terms of lead acquisition
  • A strong sense of ownership and willingness to act as the business leader for the area assigned
  • A history of driving change and innovation, with the ability to not only identify areas of improvement but have a proven track record of creating executional plans that can scale globally to drive business impact
  • A strong ability to build relationships, influence, and forge alignment across functions and solution areas especially sales
  • Ability to manage a talented team amid competing priorities
  • Spanish fluency/proficiency a plus
