Title: Director of Business Intelligence

You will work in one of our US offices or from home on a full-time basis, and be part of the GIST (Global Information Security & Technology) group.
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage and grow teams of talented software engineers, business intelligence analysts, and data scientists
- Create business intelligence strategy, roadmaps, reporting and dashboards
- Design appropriate analytical methodology, approach & KPIs
- Develop data gathering and reporting practices
- Understand business goals, drivers and processes in order to design business intelligence and reporting solutions that solve business problems
- Ensure that global data is being accurately and efficiently gathered, stored and maintained
- Collaborate with other company teams to ensure effective implementation of the business intelligence projects
Requirements:
- 6+ years of proven experience in Data and Business Intelligence roles
- 4+ years of experience in establishing and running teams
- Creative problem-solver with strong business acumen
- Ability to interpret business requests and needs and translate into technical requirements
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing projects and deliverables
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of data involved in operational, analytic, and reporting functions of a Saas company
- Experience working with BI/reporting tools (E.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Tibco, Sisense, Domo) preferred
