Director, Growth Marketing

As the Director of Growth Marketing at Rockbot, you will play a pivotal role in driving our advertising strategies, marketing operations, website performance, event marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing programs. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a background in enterprise-focused companies, ideally within B2B SaaS marketing, subscription-based models, and/or streaming media experience. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and customer retention-related roles, with a proven track record of driving and scaling pipeline generation in fast-paced environments.

You will:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of marketing operations, including strategy development, execution, and optimization across various channels.
- Develop and implement effective demand generation initiatives todrivecustomer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Drivecustomer lifecycle marketing programs to increase retention, upsell opportunities, and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and results-oriented mindset within the marketing team.
- Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the marketing team, promoting scalability and achieving organizational goals.
You have:
- 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and customer retention-related roles.
- Proven track record of success in driving and scaling pipeline generation in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience in event marketing and digital marketing channels such as paid social, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and Display.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on team development, scalability, and achieving organizational goals.
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies and project prioritization in deadline-driven environments.
- Commitment to fostering transparency, communication, and fiscal responsibility within the organization.
