The Digital Transformation Analyst research, proposes, designs, and improves technology at Accruent. The candidate will be responsible for back-office Accruent IT continuous improvement initiatives. You will facilitate unlocking potential through a holistic, enduring, large-scale transformation initiatives. This position reports directly to the Manager, IT Transformation & Operation and with a remote work option.

How you’ll make a difference:

  • Ability to think innovatively and design and deliver modernized solutions with next level performance
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and build trusted relationships
  • Hands-on delivery of business transformation engagements focused on optimized back-office operation
  • Possess great understanding of delivery methodology with emphasis on structured, dynamic agile environment
  • Ability to collaborate internally and externally with outcome oriented and customer experience
  • Perform well under pressure and with defined timelines and milestones
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
  • Contributes to IT systems continuous improvement and FBS tools to optimize operation.
  • Take ownership, think of ideas, and close gaps
  • Data reporting and analytics.
  • Build and maintain automation scripts with knowledge and experience with REST and SOAP

What you bring to the table:

  • Self-motivation, self-reliant, passion, and integrity to scale organization growth
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • 3+ years ‘of experience with automation skills and scripting languages or object -oriented development (proficiency in Python, PowerShell, etc)
  • Agile methodology a plus
  • Basic database management a plus

Preferred skills/experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information system or similar field
  • Project Management experience desire
