Job Description
Our client, within the sports industry, is looking for a talented Digital Production Designer. This is a temporary/contract position. This role requires a digital native with strong expertise in Figma and extensive experience in digital production design across web, social, CRM and email. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and digital presence of the brand. This is a remote position that requires the resource to work Eastern Standard Time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital production design and execution of visually compelling digital assets, including websites, email campaigns and social media graphics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company’s goals and vision
- Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all digital platforms
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and are consistent with the company’s visual language
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools and technologies to continuously bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional online portfolio showcasing digital design work for large, notable brands
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital production design, with a focus on web, social and email assets
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
