Digital Paid Media Manager

The Digital Paid Media Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive measurable growth and align with business goals. This role will lead and manage all paid digital marketing initiatives, including PPC, SEM, paid social media, display advertising, and paid lead generation campaigns. The Digital Paid Media Manager will measure and report the performance of all paid digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against established goals (ROI and KPIs). Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all paid digital channels is key, alongside implementing data-driven strategies to enhance user experience and drive conversion rates. This position is remote, but the ideal candidate should work east coast hours, which quarterly travel to the New York Tri-state area.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable growth
  • Lead and manage the execution of digital paid marketing initiatives, paid social media, display advertising and paid lead generation campaigns, including budget management
  • Utilize advanced analytics to measure and report on the performance against goals for all paid digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends and insights to optimize spend and performance
  • Implement data-driven strategies to enhance paid media user journey and drive conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with other marketing channels and other departments to ensure the paid marketing strategy aligns with other digital marketing efforts (such as SEO, CRM, and organic social media) and supports overall company objectives.
  • Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and integrate these insights into our strategies

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of experience managing multi-channel, lead-generating digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and vendors
  • Experience owning strategy, development, management, execution, and optimization of owned and paid digital channels
  • Solid understanding of how paid marketing impacts other channels, along with proven experience collaborating across various areas such as organic social, email, SMS, SEO, and SEM.
  • Proven ability to build and manage project plans to committed deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Track record of executional excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams
