TeamSnap is looking for a creative and versatile Digital Media Designer with strong video editing skills to contribute to our marketing and branding efforts. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design aesthetics, proficiency in graphic design tools, and a solid understanding of video editing and animation software. This individual will collaborate closely with our marketing team and extended design team to produce engaging visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and captivates our audience across various digital platforms.

What You’ll Do:

  • Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design:

  • Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Develop concepts, layouts, and artwork that align with brand guidelines and effectively convey marketing messages.
  • Utilize typography, color theory, and composition techniques to enhance design aesthetics and readability.

2. Video Editing:

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for promotional videos, product demonstrations, tutorials, and other marketing materials.
  • Incorporate visual effects, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance video storytelling and engagement.
  • Ensure seamless integration of graphics, audio, and video elements to deliver a polished final product.

3. Creative Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing team members to brainstorm ideas, develop creative concepts, and execute visual projects that meet strategic objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide progress updates, and incorporate feedback in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continually enhance creative skills and deliver innovative solutions.

4. Asset Management:

  • Organize and maintain digital assets including graphics, video files, and project documents in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of brand assets across all marketing materials and channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4-6 years) working as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design proficiency and creativity.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Strong video editing skills with the ability to create compelling visual narratives and motion graphics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with web design and animation is a plus.
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
