About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Website Manager to join our Demand Generation team, tasked with enhancing our marketing website strategy to align with business objectives and effectively communicating their vision through a website roadmap that delineates the desired direction. The ideal candidate will excel in creating an intuitive experience for agents, brokers, and other real estate professionals, continuously seeking innovative methods to drive engagement, optimizing performance through continual experimentation, and introducing additional features and functionality to enhance visitor engagement on the website. Moreover, the candidate must possess a strong focus on data-driven decisions to communicate the website’s revenue impact from an acquisition perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive website strategy aligned with SEO standard methodologies, emphasizing acquisition and growth.
  • Create and implement a detailed marketing website roadmap that corresponds with key business goals and achievements.
  • Collaborate effectively with front-end developers and visual designers to efficiently bring projects to fruition.
  • Manage a multi-website strategy encompassing diverse sub-brands, striving for a harmonized user experience.
  • Continuously optimize website content to engage and convert agents, ensuring a seamless user journey and steady monthly growth in organic traffic.
  • Supervise an agile project pipeline for daily website updates to meet evolving business needs.
  • Innovate by exploring dynamic content integration for a personalized user experience.
  • Utilize website data to analyze revenue impact and provide insightful reports from an acquisition perspective.
  • Provide guidance on A/B testing methodologies and practices to validate user behavior. Conduct usability tests on key interface elements like CTAs, layouts, and landing pages for enhanced user engagement.
  • Develop high-quality solutions using visual aids such as flow diagrams, storyboards, and site maps.
  • Articulate how the website drives customer journey progression, from initial awareness to customer advocacy.
  • Apply product knowledge and user psychology to predict effective strategies for enhanced user experience.
