Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Developing digital marketing strategies and plans to meet business goals and objectives on behalf of our clients.
- Managing and executing campaigns across various digital channels and platforms including paid social media, email, mobile search engines and CTV and programmatic display.
- Conducting marketing research and analyzing data to identify trends and insights to optimize ROI/ goals of the marketing campaigns and improve the campaign performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, product, and engineering teams to create and execute campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPE’s) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Managing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, display ads and social media advertising.
- Developing and managing the digital marketing budget on behalf of our clients.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and developments in digital marketing technologies and tools.
Primary Objectives:
- Recommend client-centric solutions that are technically sound and operationally feasible.
- Manage internal and external client expectations.
- Prepare and Manage operational resources to deliver a quality product, on time.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing including marketing concepts, tools and techniques, channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing and analytics.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Software, including PowerPoint and Visio.
- Strategic Thinking: develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to achive business goals. Analyze marketing trends, identify target audience, and evaluate competition to create successful campaigns.
- Above average presentation and training skills with the ability to adjust content to audience.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced organization.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, coordinate projects, meet simultaneous deadlines and follow through on commitments.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and collaborate as a team player to build strong relationships.
- Communication Skills: ability to communicate your ideas and strategies effectively to team members, stakeholders, vendors and clients. Write compelling copy, create engaging visuals and present data in an understandable way.

- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and think creatively to meet client’s business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex business logic, and to communicate the logic to stakeholders and clients.

Education and Experience:
- Degree or equivalent experience: Bachelors / 4-year college degree preferred or equivalent of 5 or more years of business experience in Digital Marketing on hehalf of clients. Agency experience isa plus.
- Specialized Training:
- Experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tools. Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media advertising, email marketing and other key digital marketing channels.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and project management skills.,
- Experience working on software development or in a desirable technology environment.
- Experience in automotive marketing is desirable.
- Candidates may provide sample project plans and samples of product documentation, if desired.
Other Required
- Ability to sit for multiple hours at a time and to work multiple hours a day at a computer keyboard.
- Ability to remain alert and focused during the work day.
