The Digital Marketing Expert is an exciting opportunity to lead marketing functions for the company. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the role will be remote with occasional onsite meetings and corporate events. The ideal candidate will be extremely motivated, capable and looking to utilize existing sales and marketing experience while learning new skills and progressing their career aspirations.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing & Sales Enablement
    • Works with leadership to build a digital marketing strategy.
    • Plan, create and execute database marketing, email, social media (FB/Twit/etc.) outreach to influence sales cycle.
    • Measure and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
    • Redesign and maintain the company’s various social media channels.
  • Corporate Website
    • Manage and expand the corporate website ongoing with fresh, compelling content.
    • Build focused SEO/SEM efforts to improve company visibility.
    • Measure and report performance of all website traffic and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Content
    • Maintain content release calendar.
    • Design and create new content including case studies, visual charts, performance updates, white papers and press releases.
    • Creates and updates sales materials including presentation decks, RFP responses.

Marketing Technology Expertise

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, SalesLoft and WordPress required.
  • Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.) required.
  • Video creation and editing capabilities a huge plus
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints a plus
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines

Additional Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Leverage technology to maximize effectiveness
  • Create and maintain internal departmental relationships
  • Manage processes
  • Perform market research and statistical analysis
  • Develop budgets
  • Travel within the United States, 5-10% annually

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
