Job Summary:
Oversees the execution and completion of Digital Experience (DXP) initiatives. This program aims to drive consistent experiences and processes for our customers, partners, employees, funders, program participants and other external entities. The DXP Program Manager leads the delivery of a group of projects, analysis of business needs and accountability for measurable outcomes. The role is responsible for driving synergy, quality, and efficiency across Digital Journey value stream; strategic resource planning and management to ensure seamless ability to deliver against key corporate milestones; day-to-day leadership of the Program Management team; fostering a heathy & happy team culture. A successful candidate will lead with an agile mindset that is rooted in continuous improvement and optimization of our end-to-end Digital Experience programs.
Accountabilities:
- Build, strengthen, and lead Program Management function for Digital Experience including essential operating mechanisms of ISS portfolio management, continuous resource management, business priority alignment, and execution excellence.
- Identify and solve evolving gaps and emerging needs in skills, process capabilities, and capacity to support sustained long-term business growth.
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to organization management.
- Keeps project team well informed of changes to ensure completion of project and staying within budget constraints.
- Lead program management governance, conducting regular reviews such that key projects are tracking defined objectives and
- KPIs, maintaining stakeholder alignment, and proactively managing risk to quality and schedule performance.
- Partners with functional leaders in Product Management, User Experience, and Engineering to deliver products and services from concept to full launch.
- Deploys process improvements across the organization. Makes the project organization efficient and transparent and ensures alignment with leadership objectives.
- Supports Director in development, management, implementation and evaluation of appropriate systems, projects, services, staff, and budgets.
- Supports Director in development and evaluation of unit, division, and departmental goals and objectives, proposals, reports, etc., as they relate to the organizations strategic plan and priorities.
- Represents and reports to the client partner group and acts as the focal point for ISS.
- Manages and prioritizes organizational partner requests and projects through the governance and system development lifecycle.
- Assists partner sponsors with development of business cases.
- Partnering with key Operations stakeholders and contributing to long-term vision.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them
Identifying problematic areas and implementing strategic solutions in time.
Applied Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience in program managing elements related to full-funnel digital programs across the digital user journey – including but not limited to: agile methodology, business requirements, digital strategy, content strategy, digital design & UX best practices, marketing technology, localization, and data reporting & actioning
- Exceptional project management skills
- Ability to connect program to business needs, tracking quantifiable results.
- Comfortable speaking with multiple stakeholders at varying levels, ability to synthesize detailed program accomplishments and risks to inform strategic conversations.

- Coordinates and supports collaboration in ISS project implementation to ensure appropriate staffing, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Actively participates and coordinates planning and status meetings to ensure proper implementation of programs and projects.
- Keeps Director informed of project or program issues; identify and implement best practices as appropriate.
- Acts as liaison to internal and external constituencies, vendors, sponsors, etc.
Problem Solving & Impact:
- Leads business decisions regarding methods, techniques, and procedures for project design and completion.
- Works independently on several projects with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of budgets and contracts.
- Decisions may affect the management and operations of an entire department or multiple departments.

- Manages contractor resources, budgets, and deliverables.
- Manages employee performance, development, and career planning.
- Participates in the development and implementation of educational and training activities for staff.
- Enables cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing within the group.
- Mentors junior staff and provides career progression guidance.
- Contributes to resource development efforts, including participation in proposal development.
Education: **
- Bachelor’s Degree or its International Equivalent
Experience: **
- Typically requires 8+ years of experience with project management and managing IT systems and programs.
- Demonstrated mastery with software development life cycle, third party software analysis and selection, including Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMi) or other structured software implementation standards.
- Extensive experience with implementation of enterprise software applications.
