As a UX Researcher, you help shape our products and services with insights about the digital experiences of our customers.

About Us

  • Our UX team of 11 designers and researchers supports the work of hundreds of engineers across several products, so there is always something happening. We value UX research because we want to ensure our decisions resonate with users.
  • Our company is global, and our UX team includes members in Arizona, India, Colorado, Massachusetts, California, and North Carolina. We coordinate our schedules and control the hours we work while interacting with people throughout the world.


Key responsibilities

  • Generate impact and value through storytelling with data by identifying data-driven insights that influence product design decisions.
  • Coordinate our use of FullStory, including training, implementation, privacy, and defining relevant funnels and segments.
  • Develop agile user stories to define FullStory development opportunities further.
  • Analyze a variety of data sources (e.g., surveys, research projects, online forums, product telemetry) for customer-centric digital experience insights and disseminate your findings to a wide set of internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with user experience designers, researchers, data scientists, product developers, product managers, engineers,and stakeholders throughout the design process.

Job requirements

  • You’ve been doing quantitative digital experience analytics for enterprise software for at least 5 years, and you love learning new things and teaching other people.
  • You have 2 years of experience with web analytics (FullStory or GlassBox)
  • You have 2+ years direct experience with 2 or more of the following:.
    • Survey development and best practices (with software such as Qualtrics, Confirmit)
    • Web front-end development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or similar)
    • Data analytics programming (with SQL, Dremio, Python, Pandas, SPSS, R, or similar)
    • Data visualization (with QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
    • Text analytics and natural language processing (NLP) tools
  • You’re fascinated by technology that impacts the world, and you want a role in helping to shape it.
  • You’re a proactive self-starter with passion, perseverance, and interest in the success of everyone around you.
  • You’re self-sufficient and skilled at working on multiple concurrent projects while bringing together insights from them into actionable recommendations. Your work not only improves products but also influences others to be more focused on users.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years professional experience in digital experience, data analysis, survey research, or arelated field
  • Portfolio and/or examples demonstrating analysis you’ve conducted in a prior role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English
