DevOps Product Manager

Hiring Range: $96,730.00 – $120,910.00
The hiring range applies to US-based employment and may be higher in certain US geographic locations.
As a DevOps Product Manager, you will implement, grow and mature DevOps practices through people, process and technology. This includes demonstrated implementation and understanding of complex technical practices. At this career level, the incumbent independently implements and matures major, complex, or international continuous integration, automated test driven practices, release automation, automated infrastructure self service, infrastructure as code, canary deployment methods, instrumentation and monitoring, and integrated tool chain management. He or she may coach and oversee the work of other specialists.
What will you do?
- Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully upholds Compassion’s ministry in prayer.
- Acts as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children. Understands Christ’s mandate to protect children. Commits to and prioritizes child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks and activities across the ministry. Abides by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Reports any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process and appropriately supports responses to incidents if they occur.
- Matures DevOps disciplines and champions the lean agile mindset regarding issues such as Test Driven Development, flow, and systems thinking.
- Continually improves integration of infrastructure build with application deployment processes.
- Troubleshoots technical problems relating to information systems as they arise.
- Analyzes, designs and evaluates automation scripts and systems.
- Researches new technologies that will be efficient, effective, and highly scalable.
- May coach and provide DevOps expertise to other professionals and support staff.
What do you bring?
- DevOps experience
- SAFe Agile knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Seven years relevant experience working in this or a related field.
- Certification from a nationally or internationally recognized organization in a related field.
