Yelp for Restaurants is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to drive the strategy, development, and execution of demand generation programs to build awareness and demand for our products. The Demand Generation Manager role is a 50/50 hybrid role, equally responsible for creating and executing a world-class reporting and analytics strategy that shows how marketing programs impact revenue and implement and support opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through improved marketing operations.

In 2020, Yelp launched Yelp for Restaurants. We’re Yelp’s internal startup that sells operational SaaS products directly to restaurants. Since then, thousands of restaurants have accepted millions of reservations, waitlist entries, and takeout orders with our standout Guest Manager product.

This role requires a proven track record of building successful demand generation campaigns. The ideal candidate is well-versed in all demand generation channels and tactics, values a close partnership with sales, and possesses exceptional organization and communication skills.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Growth Marketing who leads the strategy and execution of our web, paid media, lifecycle, nurture, events, and growth programs.

You’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing demand generation campaigns and promotions across a wide spectrum of acquisition and upsell channels to deliver leads at or above monthly targets.

This is a full-time remote role based in the United States.

Where You Come In:

  • You’ll own the demand generation marketing functions; partnering with media agencies, sales, and biz ops to drive segmentation and target account selection
  • You’ll identify and implement opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, tactics, and processes
  • You’ll work with the Lifecycle Manager to define and implement campaign workflows in Pardot that sync into SFDC
  • You’ll partner with our agencies to evaluate and implement demand generation opportunities efficiently and at scale
  • You’ll develop and maintain processes to track the needs/opportunities of the marketing team; help turn them into innovative solutions to achieve goals
  • You’ll diagnose the demand funnel, identifying areas of friction in our customers’ buying journeys and implement solutions to move leads through the funnel
  • You’ll work with the team to implement key automation efforts like lead scoring and routing to ensure the right person gets the right interaction at the right time
  • You’ll create and maintain reports and dashboards to report on marketing metrics, and deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed
  • You’ll be responsible for the project management and communication of campaign launches, details and timelines to cross functional teams and agencies
  • You’ll track and own campaign media performance for ongoing testing, review, and optimization to respective marketing KPIs
  • You’ll manage strategy and implementation of digital content calendar, including integration of promotional campaigns

What it Takes to Succeed:

  • You have 4+ years’ experience of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within B2B software/SaaS with progressive growth in responsibilities
  • You have demonstrated track record of success directly managing demand generation campaigns with hands-on experience optimizing campaigns for conversions
  • You can be both creative and analytical, with an innate ability to think on their feet, making good decisions based on all the information you have available
  • You have a clear understanding of ROI analysis and proven analytical ability to track multiple campaigns, analyze results, and recommend changes
  • Advanced, hands-on use of Pardot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics

  • Compensation range is $62,500 – 105,000 annually. You may also be offered Restricted Stock Units and benefits
