Why is this a good role for you?
In collaboration with PE partners, DEI team and other BU leaders, you will establish relationships and serve as a trusted advisor showcasing internal data along with external benchmarks and best practices to drive DEI at Electronic Arts.
You will participate in benchmark surveys and forums and leverage market research to elevate best practices and identify opportunities to grow our competitive advantage as a DEI thought leader.
You enjoy establishing benchmarks for strategy and programs based on industry standards through the completion of DEI External Surveys. You can identify patterns in data and translate insights to inform our DEI strategy, programs, and initiatives
Being able to monitor key progress indicators for our team to create strategies to achieve goals is something that drives you. You will serve as a key trusted advisor to our CDO and DEI LT.
About The Role
- 3+ years consulting on business decisions and helping client groups solve problems
- Proficient in collecting and analyzing internal and external DEI data to tell a story through insights and trends
- Partner to design or assess a strategic planning process with an analytical lens
- Use market research to establish benchmarks and incorporate best practices to move the needle for DEI at EA; including DEI Surveys and Awards
- Manage, query, and analyze data sets with tools like SQL, R, Python, Glint, Visier, etc
- Create digestible reports with data visualizations each quarter to role out to the PE Partner Team and the BU Leadership Team
- Foster innovation and creativity in designing and implementing DEI reporting, leverage emerging trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across diverse teams and stakeholders groups
