We are looking for a talented and driven Analytics & Machine Learning Strategy Manager to be a key player in our centralized data team. This person will work with a team of high-performing analysts, engineers, and cross-functional business teams to mature our analytics practice and enhance our data science capabilities. You will apply data science and analytics best practices to the creation of, and maintenance of, machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics applications. You will also own the strategy for how our data is measured, collected, and augmented across all of our platforms. Finally, you will be the standards bearer for how analytics and machine learning is used across the company and how performance is quantified.


  • Conceptualize and manage proof-of-concept AI and ML-related projects and measure the impact on business metrics
  • Develop strategies for feature engineering and synthetic data generation to provide better and faster ways of reaching conclusions with limited data sets
  • Develop and deploy marketing attribution models and be able to explain related strategic decisions in their development
  • Develop and deploy lead scoring models and work with analytics engineering to deploy them
  • Drive data governance and metrics standardization across the company
  • Be the strategic lead on telemetry and instrumentation regarding how data is collected for analytics use-cases and work with various teams to implement
  • Be the subject matter expert on modern applied machine learning techniques and technology Demonstrate the ability to explain the complicated analysis and be able to summarize associated techniques to business stakeholders
  • Create extensible and scalable operational ML frameworks which can be effortlessly deployed and supported by analytics engineering
  • Own reviewing, designing, and optimizing our ML architecture and feature stores
  • Be a thought leader on how data can and should be used to optimize performance across the business
  • Manage, coach, and mentor team members on machine learning and statistical concepts Proactively and constructively question the status quo, and influence change within the organization to enable growth
  • Understand the analytical objectives to make logical recommendations and drive informed actions


  • Have 4+ years of full-time work experience in data analytics, machine learning, and applied statistics.
  • Have 2+ years of experience in supporting sales and digital marketing
  • Are a proficient Python programmer with experience in SQL; Preference for someone with experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Are practiced with data visualization tools and creating mission-critical dashboards to enable functional teams to make decisions
