What you’ll be doing…

- Data Analysis & Modeling:
- Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights that inform business strategies and operational improvements.
- Build, validate, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms tailored to solve business problems.
- Use statistical techniques and data visualization to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Feature Engineering & Data Preparation:

- Identify relevant data sources and work with data engineering teams to gather and preprocess data for analysis.
- Perform feature engineering, data transformation, and data cleaning to prepare datasets for modeling.
- Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Model Deployment & Monitoring:

- Collaborate with software engineers and DevOps to deploy models into production environments.
- Monitor the performance of models over time, recalibrating and optimizing them as necessary.
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate model effectiveness and impact.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation:

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.
- Experiment with new techniques and tools to improve existing workflows and introduce innovative solutions.
- Data Analysis & Modeling:
Qualities you possess…
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in building and deploying machine learning models and data analytics solutions.
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, Tensorflow or PyTorch.
As a plus, you have…
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data science and machine learning.
- Familiarity with big data technologies like ClickHouse, Spark, Hadoop or Databricks.
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques and NLP (Natural Language Processing).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database querying.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib).
